  • How do I get to Central Station?

    • Turn right as you exit the hotel.
    • Vere right into Elizabeth Street and continue for approximately 5 minutes.
    • Enter Central Station via the Elizabeth Street entrance.
  • Do you have a car park and how much does it cost?

    We partner with a public secure car park, Secure Parking - 101 Goulburn Street, to provide you with parking. The car park is located on the corner of Goulburn Street and Elizabeth Street. This is a short walk from the hotel.

    Our special rate with the car park is $32 for 24 hours (1 exit only). You must purchase tickets from the reception to get this reduced rate.

  • Do you have a shuttle from the airport?

    There are private shuttle buses running from the airport to our hotel approximately every 10 minutes. You do not need to pre-book.

    Go to the information desk in the arrivals lounge purchase a ticket for the next shuttle. It is $14 per person. They will drop you off right at our doorstep. 

    On your return trip, our friendly reception team are more than happy to arrange transportation to the airport if required. Just call us on +61 2 8488 9699.

  • Can you store luggage?

    Yes, we can store guest luggage on arrival if rooms are not available. We can also store luggage after check out for the remainder of that day. Long term luggage storage is available on the condition that there is a future reservation in place. Luggage pick up and drop off is open between 6am and midnight.

  • Can under 18 year old's stay without adult supervision?

    All under 18 year old's must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Can I sleep additional guests in my room?

    • The Shoebox, Deluxe Queen, Deluxe King and Deluxe Superior rooms sleep a maximum 2 guests.
    • The Deluxe Triple and Studio 3 sleep a maximum 3 guests.
    • The Studio 5 sleeps a maximum 5 guests.
    • You can sleep an additional child under the age of 12 months using existing bedding.
  • Do you have porter cots?

    Porter cots are available for hire at $10 per night. You must book cot hire prior to arrival.

  • Are the rooms serviced daily?

    Rooms are serviced daily by housekeeping. They will make your bed, change towels, replenish tea and coffee supplies, bathroom supplies and remove rubbish. Bed linen is changed every 3 days.

  • Are there smoking rooms available?

    All our rooms are strictly non-smoking. There is a designated smoking area for guests at the entrance of the hotel.

  • Are there cooking facilities in the rooms?

    Our Studio 3 and Studio 5 have a kitchenette which includes:

    • microwave
    • bar fridge
    • toaster
    • tea/coffee making facilities
    • cutlery
    • crockery.

    All other rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and a bar fridge.

  • Can you book tours for us?

     Yes, see our friendly reception staff for bookings and information on tours and attractions. 

  • Do you have free WiFi?

    Yes, we offer free WiFi in all guest rooms and common areas.

  • Do you have breakfast facilities?

    The Basket Brothers restaurant located within the hotel's building will host breakfast or deliver to your room.

  • How far is the nearest supermarket or shopping centre?

    There are a number of 24 hour convenience stores in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. There is a Coles supermarket located in World Square which is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

    Paddy’s Market and Market City are also within walking distance. Here you can find one of Sydney’s most popular market spaces. It is open from Thursday to Sunday.

    For high street shopping Westfield shopping complex and Pitt Street Mall is a short bus ride or approximately 20 minute walk from the hotel.
