Nel. restaurant is breathing new life into Sydney's progressive dining scene by pioneering a global-infused culinary experience that is setting Sydneysiders taste buds alight.

Spearheading the kitchen is chef Nelly Robinson, celebrated for his contemporary interpretations of modern Australian dishes. Inspired by past experiences within Michelin-starred venues in the UK, Nelly’s robust understanding and appreciation of the best seasonal produce is showcased with a monthly changing seasonal degustation menu. Dishes from Nell's menu demonstrate his innovation whilst still retaining the homely and accessible quality that makes his food and venue so popular.

Delicious, inventive dishes from across the globe

Guests can expect dishes such as tandoori marinated kingfish with a smoked yoghurt, cucumber raita and lobster soil; slow cooked pigs head with ham hock and white balsamic vinegar chip and green pea puree; and chocolate forest, complete with sea buckthorn and chocolate ice cream, chocolate soil, pear mousse and a burnt vanilla bark. Each course may be matched with a beverage chosen by Sommelier, Thibaud Crégut allowing diners to enjoy different taste sensation with each dish. Sake, beer, wine and cocktails are often seen gracing the menu with guest preferences being carefully considered upon each serve.

Nel Restaurant offers a full vegetarian tasting menu and can accommodate dietary requirements if mentioned upon booking.

The modern venue encompasses an open kitchen viewed from every seat in the hourse, and fuses contempropary and traditional techniques to offer a sophisticated yet unpretentious space.
